Who We Are

Mario comes from generations of attorneys, starting with his grandfather, founder of the Ramirez Law Firm in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. From his childhood, Mario fondly remembers witnessing the trust shared by his grandfather and clients he served. Over time, his grandfather’s firm evolved into the family firm, where Mario’s mother practiced law and where he gained his initial experience in the legal field as an Attorney under Civil Jurisprudence after graduating law school in Honduras. 

Upon relocating back to the United States as an adult, Mario graduated law school here in Kansas City, Missouri and established Moore Ramirez Law Firm, LLC in November 2014, extending the roots of his grandfather’s legacy with his passion for advocating for those who are underserved, facing injustice and oppression. Growing up in a country where corruption governs and poverty and violence are widespread, he understood why individuals leave their lives and their loved ones in their home country in the pursuit of safety, equality, and opportunity. This experience cultivated in him a sincere appreciation and heartfelt compassion for individuals seeking a new life in the United States. Given his background and lived experience, Mario understands the complexities associated with Family, Immigration, Discrimination, Criminal and Traffic matters, and provides uniquely competent and culturally-informed legal services to those who wish to build a life in this country.
